Payment conditions

All prices are quoted in EUR and are NET to us. The prices are inclusive of all taxes and service charges announced by our government at the date of your request / confirmation (if accommodation is calculated there is 10% VAT included. Should that change before the clients arrival the price will be adjusted automatically) Both deposit and final payments are due upon agreement of both sides. When you want to add your commission, let us know how much and after the clients departure we will send you OUR company CC number and you will take your commission from there OR we can send you a bank transfer for your commission in USD. Payment can be done in EUR or USD at a current cross rate at the date of payment (one month to two weeks before the client arrives - unless prepayment or deposit is requested)

Note: when charging CC the price quoted does not always match the account statement figure of the client. According to Czech law we have to charge in local currency - CZK and use an official exchange rate of CNB (Czech National Bank) and the rate of the processing bank is not always the same.

Cancellation policy - this is done on case to case basis, but here are some guidelines. We request to have a payment on our account between 30 - 14 days prior the clients arrival.When there is an emergency cancellation we usually refund the original sum paid, substracted only for the bank charges - about 5% of the total paid. We strongly recommend your clients to have travel insurance in case they are not able to travel. One week prior NO refund cancellation policy will apply on most booking after confirmation. When handeling groups it all depends on our further agreement.
